The Application: Fill out our application on the family page
The Consultation: Post-application, please schedule a consultation. During this consultation we will learn more about your family in order for us to create your family profile. A deposit is due at this time.
The Search: We will sort, search, and sift through our roster of premier nannies and send you the profiles of the top nannies for your family’s needs.
The Interviews: You will have the opportunity to interview your nannies of choice.
The Offer: Once a perfect match is made we will provide a contract outline.

Who We Are

We are a Mom and a Nanny!

Founded by Olivia Ford, an early childhood educator and exceptional career nanny & Stephanie Wijkstrom a mom & licensed mental health counselor who focuses on marriage and family relationships.

Together their collaboration and collective mindset inspired them to spread the gift of elevated child care, their mutual dedication to serve in the creation of healthy family environments has led to the formation of Mom and Nanny.
