Our requirements for our families:

  • Must pay nanny through a payroll company or have other means to pay their nanny on payroll.
  • Form a contract with the nanny that includes following all IRS standards for hourly pay, overtime pay, and mileage for travel.
  • Provide references from any previous household employees (If applicable).

Our Requirements for our Nannies:

  • High School Graduate
  • Certified Childcare References
  • Professional Resume
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Driving Record Check
  • Valid Drivers License
  • CPR & First Aid Certified
  • Child Abuse Clearances

Our Process

The first step is to complete our nanny application. In this application you will give us some insight into your past experience and your future goals for your career.
After you complete the application, you will set up a virtual interview. In this interview we will get to know you a little better and start to create your nanny profile that will be sent to prospective families!
As your nanny agent, we will begin to reach out with families that we think would be a good fit! You are also free to take a look at our job board and reach out to us with any posts that catch your eye! 
 
Families will be sent multiple nanny profiles and will choose who they would like to interview for the position. If you are chosen we will connect you and the family via email, at this point a virtual interview between you and the family will be scheduled!
If a family decides to hire you they will reach out with an offer! After an offer is extended, a contract between you and the family will be created.
Post-placement, we will be here to answer any questions or concerns. Our main priority is ensuring that we have made a successful and long-lasting placement for both the family and nanny.
